We are pleased to announce the removal of the Savings Cap.
HSSCU members can now save up to a maximum of €100,000 across all of their accounts. This means that the maximum an individual can hold in savings within HSSCU is a total of €100,000.00.
Monthly Savings
In addition, the monthly restrictions on the size of a lodgement has now been removed. This means that there are no restrictions on what a member can lodge within a calendar month.
As a credit union we are pleased to remove these limits. These were temporary measures that were needed at the time of implementation, but the removal of such restrictions is a clear indication of the strong financial performance of HSSCU. Credit unions are well known for being a secure, safe and trusted places for people to save. These changes help us to continue meeting our members’ needs.
These changes have come into immediate effect as of the 13th of June 2023.
