New Look, Improved Features, Same Secure Online Access
As of 30/11/2018, Health Services Staffs Credit Union Ltd. is thrilled to announce the introduction of our new CUOnline banking portal – CUOnline+. This will be the same for all members, allowing them our already fantastic online account access, but with a much more user-friendly interface – along with some amazing added benefits.
What Will CUOnline+ Look Like?
CUOnline+ has a more streamlined and easy to navigate look and feel. This will help members to use the software much quicker and easier, allowing you to view your balances and access your funds in an extremely smooth and switch manner. What Benefits Do CUOnline+ Have For Me?
RESET YOUR OWN PIN AND PASSWORD
Yes, you read that correctly. For a while now, members have been asking for swifter access to resetting their pins and passwords for their CUOnline accounts – and we listened.
From today forward, the first time you log into your CUOnline account, you will be asked to enter a memorable word. If you do this it will be saved to our database. What is the purpose of a memorable word? When you lock yourself out of your account, you will now be able to reset your pin and password by using your User ID, Date of Birth and Memorable Word. Once these are entered, we will send a one time password (OTP) to your phone, which you can use to reset your pin and password yourself!
How to Change Your Memorable Word?
At the top of your screen you will see an image where you can add a profile picture. Clicking here will bring you into settings where you can update details such as your pin/password and also security details where you can update/change your memorable word, add an image to further protect against phishing and more!
How Do I Message HSSCU Through CUOnline+?
With ease! On the top right you will see an envelope, which is your inbox. here you can review the messages in your inbox and also create messages to contact us directly.
