While we do our best to solve all member issues to satisfaction, we understand that complaints sometimes happen.

We ask members to discuss all complaints with one of our Member Services Team who will do their best to resolve your issue.

If you have already done this, and want to escalate the issue, please either download and complete a HSSCU Complaints Form or email your complaint to complaints@hsscu.ie. Please include your account number with all correspondence.
