You can return your documents through the following means:
1. Online/HSSCU App: If you are registered for online access to your account, you can upload these documents directly via our HSSCU app or in our cuOnline+ online area
2. Link: Upload your documents here https://www.hsscu.ie/forms-downloads/send-your-forms/
3. Post: Postage paid by Licence, Licence no. DN5764, PO Box No. 10900, James’s Street, Dublin 8
4. In Branch: You can call to any of our branches with the documents. You will find details of your nearest branch on our Contact Us page on our website.
Please ensure:
a) All 4 corners of your document are clearly visible.
b) You provide colour photos of your identification documents where possible
c) Your photo is of good quality (not blurry) and in date
d) Your proof-of-address documentation is dated within the last six months
