What happens if I don’t give you the documentation you are asking for – does it affect my account?

If you do not provide us with your documentation, it may affect your ability to transact with us because we are required under legislation to hold up-to-date documentation for all our members. If you have any difficulties providing us with standard documents for example such as a current passport or driving licence, please contact us so that we can discuss with you the alternative options available to you.  Please be assured that we take your privacy seriously, and your information will only be used in accordance with our Data Protection Notice.
