Lost/Stolen Debit Card
We understand that replacing a lost or stolen Debit Card can be a stressful experience. As soon as you believe your card has been lost or stolen, please get in touch on the phone number below. The Customer Services line is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Should your card be lost or stolen, it will be cancelled immediately. We’ll cancel your card as soon as you tell us it’s missing and get a new card issued to your address (the one we have on file for you) in 5 to 7 working days. Calls are charged at your standard network rate. Calls from mobiles may be higher.
Please let us know immediately if you discover your Debit Card is lost or stolen. Otherwise, you could be liable for any losses up to the time you report the loss to us.
You can suspend your Debit Card online
Once registered to use online, you can simply log in and suspend your own Debit Card if you have temporarily lost the card or are suspicious of transactions relating to your Debit Card Activity.
Smart Device
You should report any lost or stolen smart device when:
- You use the smart device as security device for online banking – Any smartphone/tablet you have installed the HSSCU App on and completed registration of that device.
- You use the smart device for as a digital wallet – Any smart device on which you have added your HSSCU debit or credit card using Apple Pay (iOS devices) or Google Pay (android devices).
