We are delighted to announce that our Betty Noone Bursary for 2018 is now open! If you or your family have paid fees for an educational or cultural pursuit between August 1st 2017 and July 31st 2018, you could be eligible for a Bursary award from HSSCU. The Bursary, named for our esteemed former treasurer, proves more and more popular every year. This year, we have a whopping €120,000 to give away to our members to help take a small bit of the burden off these ventures. So if you have completed a short course or your kids are completing their 7th year of college, we can help . The bursary covers everything from flower arranging to a PhD and everything in between.
There are a few terms and conditions, which can be found on the form here. But for every application you need:
- A copy of the receipts for your course.
- A letter from your employer to state how much financial assistance they have given, if any.
- The completed 2018 application form, found here.
